It seems like too many people try building "relationships" to see what they can get out of it. (I guess that's true in the dating world too huh?) Anyways, from what I have found, if you have an attitude of "Give Without Want" things always work out and people look at you as an expert and someone they can trust. Which is always a good thing!</description>
