I wanted to touch on judgement today because it can affect us in so many various ways. There is the act of judging someone else, then there is the act of judging oneself, then there is the person who is being judge. Sometimes a little self judgement is good. It is always a good thing to address needs or things that need to change and implement change; however, you do not want to over judge yourself either.
With that in mind we also need to watch how we judge others. I don’t care if you have been in their situation, it doesn’t mean that you are them or that you would handle things perfectly. Take time each day and notice how often you judge yourself or others to harshly. You just might be surprised at what you find.
