Don’t Borrow Trouble
Matthew 6:34
Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
How often do you waste time and energy worrying about things that don’t ever happen? Do you get trapped in negative thinking of all the terrible things that could happen? What steps can you take today to start living more in the moment?

The second paragraph that Katherine typed can be summarized up as ‘Worry can be a great waste of time and an energy-drainer.’ Granted, ‘concern’ is legitimate in some cases, but never worry. 92% of the things people worry about never happen. Another other 7% happen, but don’t turn out as bad as was feared. That leaves 1% to be ‘concerned’ about because we want to be responsible people. Philippians 4:6,7 says ‘Have NO anxiety about anything, but make your petitions known to God and the peace of God which passes ALL understanding will guard you hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
